Welcome to Luso International Fencing's epee half term workshop! Fencers can enjoy three days of high level fencing coached by Kosmas Karakoulis in a nice venue just outside London. Virginia Romeo, Swiss National team member, will be present all three days to fence with and coach all fencers, so they can practice everything showed by Kosmas.

One to one and group lessons

Every fencer will receive groups lessons led by Kosmas Karakoulis and Virginia Romeo during the workshop. In addition, one to one lessons can be booked with Kosmas and Luso's coaches.

Strength and conditioning

S&C sessions, plenty of opportunities for fencers to work on their general fitness and fencing - specific skills thanks to a variety of drills including speed ladders, hurdles, reaction lights and much more.
